How do you redeem an eGift Card with a mobile number?
Hi all,
I'm trying to set up electronic gift cards and have managed to do so.
I've set up a phone number and email to redeem instead of using the gift card number.
But my phone number isn't working at checkout and there's no option to add an email address?
Is there someone I have left unchecked somewhere?

To clarify, have you set up your Square eGift Cards and are now trying to charge the gift card at checkout?
When you sell an eGift Card, a gift number is automatically generated, and it cannot be changed. When sending a digital copy of the gift card purchase to your customer or the recipient, you have the option to enter an email address, but currently, you cannot enter a mobile phone number in that field.
Could you please provide the steps you followed to set up and sell your eGift Card, and let us know where you entered the mobile phone number?
