How do I transfer my domain to another site when I can’t find the register lock button

The AUDA will not prohibit transfer so its a .au domain then perhaps this is why you cant find the lock as per:

https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/7025-unlock-your-domain-and-get-the-epp-code

If it is an .au domain, and the registrant email is correct then you can request the domain password here:

https://pw.auda.org.au/

If you can't work it out perhaps post the domain in question.
