How do I edit my business bio?

Thanks for reaching out! Can you confirm where you're trying to edit your bio? Eg On a Square Online website, on your receipt, an Appointments page etc?

 @mccounselling you can change Appointments setting from from the dashboard at https://squareup.com/appointments - though I wasn't able to find a bio section here. If you can send a screenshot of what you're trying to change, it would help!

Is it something on a website, or is it a bio located somewhere else?

I think I've got the right place! Can you try editing the bio in the Locations section of your main Square Dashboard?

Make sure to save any changes, then give it 20 minutes to make sure it's all synced across to the website, then check again.
