Hello, I am nearly pulling my hair out (not a good look by the way :)).
I am doing a Newsletter through Marketing -> Mailing Lists. I bought up the list of my contacts that opted in for my newsletter and hit the Compose an Email button within this list of people. I created the Newsletter (simple enough), and gone through all the steps i.e
When I am in the Design Email section it says down the bottom of my Newsletter it says:
This email was sent to you by Little Crooked House and lists my address which is fine but it doesnt have an unsubscribe link, so I thought I may need to manually put a button in with a link to my newsletter email address (which is different to my normal business email address). So because it doesnt have an unsubscribe link showing in that section, I can't edit it like I can everything else.
In the Email Information section, I can click on Sender Information ->Edit and it brings up an example of the footer which shows an unsubscribe link, but there seems to be no way to edit the unsubscribe link.
In the last step Review and Send the unsubscribe link shows up. I clicked on the facebook and instagram icons and they work, but nothing happens when I click on the unsubscribe link. I did a test email to my email address, and when you click on the unsubscribe link nothing happens. I cant see anywhere in the process where you can edit the unsubscribe link so that it goes somewhere because its not going anywhere at the moment. I tried to put an Unsubscribe Button in, which works however there is still the unsubscribe link there that cant be removed, so it looks stupid. Can anyone help?
