So my calendar on the square app is set to daylight savings time. I am in Queensland, I have checked my online availability times, my calendar availability times, and location settings on the square and they are all in the right location.
So why is this happening?
My client will see 9 am and book for 9 am but on my appointment request from them it says 10 am.
My opening hours are from 9 am to 20 pm for appointments. But on the calendar, it says 10 am to 21 pm.
when I got to next year in April on the calendar the time goes back to normal at 9 am on the calendar.

In addition to the above settings you have already checked, have you checked your device settings as well? It’s important that the time on your device is also accurate in order for Square Point of Sale to accept card payments or record cash transactions.
To update the date and time on your iOS device:
1. From your home screen, navigate to Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Date & Time.
4. Make sure that the option Set Automatically is turned on.
5. If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected.
To update the date and time on your Android device:
1. Tap Settings > Date & Time.
2. Select Automatic.
3. If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected.
Once you've made these changes, go ahead and close/open your app and see if the appointment times are now reflecting accurately.
