DNS setting

Hi there, 

 
Thank you for your time viewing this email. I have purchased your domain but it seems like it doesn't work for me. There is no option for me to go into my domain settings to edit the DNS.
 
I have been waiting for almost a week but my custom domain cant be verified. Do I need to do anything else ? The guideline said if I use Square Online for my products I don't have to do anything but wait. When I clicked on the Domain tab it asked me to purchase again and wont let me edit the DNS.
 
Could you please explain it to me a bit more? I know that Squareup and Squarespace are totally different.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your domain. You can edit your DNS settings from your Square Online Dashboard. From there, click on the arrow next to your business name and select > Domain.  

 

 

From there, you'll be able to select your domain and click Edit next to DNS RECORDS to make your changes. Once you're finished, select Save

Hi Arie,

 

Thank you so much for your reply, I did that many time but all i see is this. It keeps asking me to purchased a domain again and again. I dont see anything that say "Edit"
