We use Fresh KDS as our kitchen display system and we "print" tickets to different screens in our kitchen. When we take on order face-to-face or over the phone, we advise the customer of the time the order will be ready for pickup. When an order is placed via the online store, they pick the time or it's automatically assigned. We need a consistent way of this time to be visible to the kitchen on the "printed" ticket. (note: we automatically print tickets for online orders). Can we 1) specify the pickup time for manually entered tickets and 2) print them on kitchen order tickets?

Because pickup and delivery times are a very new feature to Square Online Store itself, I'm not sure if Fresh KSD have updated their integration with Square to show this info. You'd actually need to get in touch with Fresh KDS on this one - they build and maintain the integration between Fresh KDS and Square so they'd be best placed to let you know if this is functionality they're going to build.

Actually Seamus, one more thing related to this. How can I capture the "pickup time" on regular tickets, so that both orders and manual tickets have a pickup time?

Having pickup and delivery times printed on order tickets should be doable. Make sure you're running the latest version of the Square app, then Go to Settings > Print Orders and check everything is turned on.
