Unfortunately not @BestBurning - the different formatting between the two spreadsheets means you can't upload a MYOB spreadsheet to Square and vice versa.
You can manually create a customer, then export that spreadsheet from Square to get a properly formatted template - then it's a matter of copy/pasting info across!
