Hi,
I have a small coffee shop with myself and 2 staff. How can i limit the access of general back of house information like reporting and account info.
I do not have square teams, and i do not plan on purchasing it as it has no value to me except maybe for this.
is there a way hide or remove access without Teams. We have 1 POS android tablet

You can create a custom permission set for your staff without needing a paid Teams (now Advanced Access) subscription.
The free version of Square Shifts allows you to set up one custom permission set for your team members, in addition to the owner permissions. This means you can have one owner permission set (with full access) and one custom permission set to restrict access to certain areas of the Point of Sale and Dashboard.
