Balance has vanished from my square app when I cleared cache & storage due to problems.

I had problems with the square app & cleared the cache & storage & now my balance has disappeared.

Hi @Nickmelbourne - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community to bring this to our attention.

 

The funds in your Balance should still be available unless they were transferred. I recommend double-checking your Transfer Reports.
 

  1. Visit Balance in your online Square Dashboard.
  2. Select the available balance section under locations.
  3. Choose โ€˜view all transfersโ€™.
  4. Select a date range of your choice.
  5. Select the transfer youโ€™d like to view to see the transfer details, including individual card payments.

Square has completely wiped out my balance after saying my accounts under review. Whyโ€™s this? Will I get my funds back into my balance after reviews complete?
