How I can terminate my Square account?
Hi @PizzettaRepubli, I'm sorry to hear that you're leaving us!
You can deactivate your account from Account & Settings > Business information > About my Business.
Feel free to read through this article Best Practices for the Deactivation of Your Square Account to ensure that you've kept copies of all of your records and data.
Also if you have a Square Online site you'll need to make sure you cancel your subscription and unpublish your site.

thank you for being so helpful, but I tried many times today and when I do deactivate account, I always will receive this message: "We’re sorry to see you go."

Hmm, I'm not sure why it's doing that @PizzettaRepubli - I'd suggest giving our support team a call as they take a look at your account and from our end, they are available on 0800 - 098 8008, 9AM- 5PM.
