What is going on with the items?

I don't know what's been happening recently, but the items section is completely messed up? Well on my end it is.

When I click on (square dashboard - items) This shows = All Correct.

However, when I click on ( Items under the overview ) It completely gets rid of my items?

I also am having problems with editing the details. on each section shown above it shows completely different things, If I edit from the (CORRECT) way it doesn't show on the other section...

What is going on?

I hope this all makes sense, and I need help ASAP as I hope to launch the new products on monday.

Any help is appreciated.

I have found that when editing items ( on iPad ) I need to scroll up / down to be able to see the section I’m trying to edit.

Sorry If I made the topic understandable I didn't know how to go about writing it, I'm able to edit things however it comes across as very confusing, as seen in the pictures there are two types of (item areas) which has different abilities to modify different things + one area shows my products and others don't, I feel it's a constant back and forth battle figuring it out or having to click on one thing to get to another instead of an all in one easy edit section.

If you wish to have your Item Library in Square Point of Sale sync with your Item Library on your Online Store (under Overview), please turn the Item Sync option on, to do so: 

1. Go to your Square Online Overview page

2. Click on Items and choose Item sync

4. Toggle on the option Sync Item Desciption
