Manual Store Orders

So we recently changed to Square and allthough basic its very easy to use, However one feauture i do miss is the ability to add manual orders. Where as a customer calls us to place an order.

Now i know we can process throught the pos however the order doesnt show up in our order list or have the ability to mark as sent etc.

Is there a way to add manual orders and if not can it be added

Hi @beautistic, thanks for your post! If you are using pickup as the main fulfilment method, you might be interested in this beta. 

If you are looking to create shipping orders from the Square app, while this is not available with the standard app, ti is a feature with the Square for Retail Plus.
