I want to make a price update and schedule change starting on a certain date, how do I do it?

I currently have my clients schedule 21 days in advance, im booked out currently a week and a half in advance. i want to make a price and schedule change starting August 2nd. How can i go about doing this without affecting most of my scheduled appointments?

Thank you for reaching out! Being able to change your prices by a certain date would be a feature request. 

Square Appointments doesn't have that capability. I would recommend heading over to our Ideate Board to add this as a Feature Request.

Ooo - that’s an interesting point! I’m food based so tend to not have anything other than bespoke stuff booked more than a day or two ahead. 

The only way I can see to do it would be to duplicate your sessions that you want to change the price on, removing the ‘old’ versions from your booking availability/visibility so anyone booking as of now will see the updated price but those already booked in will still be charged the current price. 

(I don’t use the appointments system - so check this would actually work before taking my word for it!)
