How can I download a PDF file of an Estimate?

Hi

I am new to Square and cannot seem to find out how to send an PDF Attachment of an Estimate when issuing an estimate.

All I get via email on test is a link to approve the estimate online, however my clients like to print out their estimates and file same.

Can anyone advise.

Invoices send a link for the PDF Attachment but nothing in Estimates ?

Hey @cemco, thanks for raising this. 

Currently, we do not offer a direct link to a downloadable PDF for Square Estimates. I can definitely see how this would be helpful and would save time, so I am going to pass this over to our Invoices team as a request going forward. 

In the meantime, the workaround you stated above (More > Print > Save as PDF) is the best option for getting a PDF for your records. 

I will be sure to update you here if there is any news to share down the road on this feature. Thanks for your patience!

We desperately need this feature as well! Surely it's fairly simple as the invoices already have this option??

Unfortunately, we don't have any update about the release of this feature, nor do we have a concrete timeline to provide.

I waited so long for this simple addition and gave up.

Changed to Zoho Invoice and then to Zoho Books.
