Are email automation work flows limited to the triggers and waiting times that come up at the beginning or is there a facility to alter either of them further along? Also, with the "Bring back lapsed purchasers" is the only option to offer a money off voucher? I don't want to work all the way through setting up a template and then discover that there aren't the alternatives I was hoping for. Ta!

Email automation emails are only sent to customers that meet the specific criteria for each type of campaign. Can you give me an example of what you mean by altering them further along?
In terms of the lapsed customer promo - yes the current functionality allows you to create a money-off coupon or use an existing coupon.
If you have ideas that would work better for your business, please file a feature request so that our team have eyes on it. I can definitely see how having other options here would be beneficial.
Thank you for showing me that, I didn't realise I could offer something free on a coupon. That's useful to know.
An example of something I'd like to alter is the Drive Repeat Purchase automation. The time it says it will wait is 14 days. I sell soap, and it would be extremely annoying for customers to be chased for another purchase after a fortnight. It would make far more sense to wait for six weeks. So I wondered if I could alter the Wait Time between a customer making a purchase and me sending a Drive Repeat Purchase email.

Looking at the settings this does not appear to be a customisable field at the moment.
I can ask our marketing product team if there are plans to change these parameters in the future. I'll let you know what I find.
