Collect email for loyalty registration and send discount code immediately

Hello

I wan to make QR Code and ask customers to scan that and sign up for loyalty program and immediately send 20% discount code via email to them

how I can do this process?

Hey @Kamran, thank you for your post! 

You can enroll customers in your Loyalty program with a special QR code poster at your point of sale for customers to scan. When a customer scans the QR code from their mobile device, they will be taken to an information collection page where they can provide their email address and/or phone number to enroll.

To download your QR code poster from your Square Dashboard. To do so:

1. Navigate to the Loyalty tab of your online Square Dashboard.
2. Select Promotions > In-Store Loyalty Enrolment. 
3. On the next page, customize your in-store signage > click Print. 
4. Place the poster near your point of sale so customers can easily scan the QR during checkout. 

At the moment, there isn't a way to send your customers an automated email once they have signed up for your Square Loyalty program. However, you could always encourage your customers to sign up for automated emails using Square Marketing. Once your customer consents to be sent marketing emails from your business, you can set up Automated Campaigns, which are sent to your customers 24 hours after they visited your business. 

Set up a Welcome Email:

1. Visit Marketing in your online Square Dashboard.
2. Click Create Campaign.
3. Select Welcome new customers > click Continue.
4. Customize the email and offer > click Activate.

Note: Just because your customers sign up for your business' loyalty scheme, does not mean they will be added to your business' Marketing Campaigns. They must sign up for both Marketing and Loyalty separately.
