Hi,
We have setup a delivery radius however we would like to change the message that comes up when a customer puts an address outside the radius.
Rather than the standard message "Sorry, we don't deliver there. Please enter a different address"
We would like to have our own message come up asking to contact us.
Can someone please advise how we can do this.

At the moment we don't have the option to edit this message as it's an automated response.
A workaround in the meantime could be to add a pop-up message or banner to your website letting your customers know that they can contact you if they are outside of your delivery radius.
What you are looking to do has come up before and is a feature request.

@hottubparty yes! Within your Square Online delivery settings, you can use the ‘Fallback delivery fee’ option to charge a fixed price for orders with a delivery address that isn’t covered by your distance-based fee settings.
From your Square Online Dashboard > Fulfilment > Pickup & Delivery > Delivery > Edit > Delivery & service fees > Distance based fee's.
