I've enabled the trial/30 days of Square Loyalty but realised I am not going to have time to set it all up fully before we open tomorrow. Is there a way I can pause it or stop it confusing staff at the POS for the time being?
Is removing the reward I have setup enough?

Hi @Dirky, sorry to hear that! You can pause your subscription from your Dashboard > Account & Settings > Business > Pricing & Subscription. Click on Manage button for Square Loyalty. You will have an option to Pause or Unsubscribe.
I'm sorry @Dirky, you are right, we cannot pause a trial from the Dashboard. You will have an option to pause when you have paid the subscription. The best option here is to call or email our Support team to check if they can do anything.
