Booking Holidays for my team rather than the employee

Hi, is there a way for the employer to allocate holiday days rather than or as well as the employees? It would really help me when doing rotas to make somebody unavailable due to holiday or unpaid leave, some of my team don't use the app to book time away even if its not holiday so its hard when you have a lot of employees to see who is available. Any help greatly appreciated. Andy

I had a look through our Time Off Requests information and I can confirm that at the moment the request has to be put through on the employee's end. 

I totally agree that employees should have access to this as well but it would be a feature request at the moment. I would suggest raising this formally as a feature request to our Shifts teams here. Please be sure to include some details about how you'd use this in your business day-to-day - it really helps highlight why a given feature request should be prioritised.
