Hi I'm not sure why the Apple pay is disappeared after my customer tried to pay this morning. However, she failed to make the order due to Apple Pay is not working at all and keep leading her to complete order page. Please help with this. thank you

Thanks for writing into our Seller Community, and sorry to hear about the trouble with Apple Pay!
There are a few reasons your customer might not be able to see Apple Pay as an option. Here's what we recommend they check the following settings:
- Ensure that they're using Safari on an Apple device that has Apple Pay enabled. Keep in mind that Google Chrome does not display Apple Pay as a payment option, even if it's on an iOS device.
- If your customer is already using Safari, ask them to open > Preferences > Privacy (tab) > check the box for Apple Pay.

This biggest one I always notice is Facebook - any site that opens within the FB app won't show ApplePay.
Pain in the **bleep** but nothing we can do about it unfortunately as it's the apps code.
Actually @Arie - I think we've both made the same assumption here!
Reading the screenshot again, their customer has clicked on apple pay (wouldn't have shown as an option in the situations we've both described) and it's taken them to the next step. It's then failed to let them complete the order.
So Apple Pay has shown up - but the transaction has not been able to be completed.
I'm stumped if this is the situation.
