Personalization of checkout screen

I offer my clients the option of having an invoice sent to them for their online purchases. How can I make that an option when they are going through the check out process? I do this so that there is the option to pay via etransfer as I can not add it as a payment option. In general I can not seem to find anyway to personalize the checkout screen or even preview that page.

This Support Centre page goes over what options you have in terms of editing the Checkout page with the Online Store. 

There's not a way to invoice from the Online Store like you're looking to do here.
