When I go to "Time card" -->> Pay My Team, nothing happens. Cannot edit payroll dates.
The Automatic Payroll toggle is inactivated and it will not shift to activated.

Thanks for flagging and sorry to hear about the trouble. I went to check and everything should be on the up-and-up. If you're still encountering this issue, I'd suggest getting in touch with an account specialist. In addition, I'll continue to investigate and return with more insight.
Circling back here: I was able to touch base with our Payroll folks and the Automatic Payroll setting can only be enabled once you run one payroll manually. If this doesn't clear things up, please let our Customer Success team know. They'll be able to take a deeper dive into your settings and ensure this gets sorted out ASAP.
