verification issues

I've been trying to verify my identity for 3 days, all my documents are up to date. I'm from El salvador and currently living in the USA, my most recent documents were made here in the USA, so it's a combination of legal papers I can use in the USA and my country, not even my ITIN number can be verified on this website

I need my store to work as soon as possible and I've tried everything I can

Were you ever able to get verification to go through?  You may need to call into Square Support team (link in signature) .  However, Square does only accept certain things for verification purposes.
