testimonials and feedback

Hello , has anyone found a way to use/link testimonials with social media.. mainly facebook and google?  Thanks in advance

Hi @Magnoliasoho

If you are referring to the feedback that customers can provide you through the Digital Receipts. At this time there is not an option to link that to Social Media or to Google. The feedback feature is mainly for your customers to provide you the merchant with direct feedback.

I can see though how being able to display this feedback online would be helpful to the business, and so I will pass the feedback along to our product team.

Systems like phorest and I think even fresha are integrating and linking feedback to google reviews. Although it seems helpful for customers to offer feedback through square it’s really data sitting doing nothing when it can be utilised well to generate more business.

I have only ever seen people screenshot the feedback and post it to socials.
