I cannot get the terminal to accept card payments. It is connected to wifi.
@Benthyg1 In order for us to begin to know how to help you, a little more information is needed, please. Have you keyed in a transaction? Hit the pay button? Are there any error messages? Are you using the Square Terminal as a stand-alone POS or as a payment terminal connected to another POS? Have you set up your item library? Also, it would help for you to give us the steps for your payment flow and where it broke down, maybe even with a screen shot or two. Thanks!
