shopping cart has dissapeared

my shopping basket does not appear on my website. We have tried looking at help guides nothing is working

Hey @DeGustibuscakes, sorry to hear that you've run into this issue 😔

 

When you can, head to your Square Online Dashboard > Edit Site > Header > Icons > Cart Icons and double-check the icon is still enabled. 

 

If it is still enabled, let's try unpublishing and republishing your site. 

 

To unpublish your website, go to your Square Online Store Dashboard. From the menu on the left, select Website then Site Preferences. On this page, you'll see the option to unpublish towards the bottom. To publish the sit again, go to Website then Edit Site. In the editor, you'll see the blue button to Publish in the upper right corner.

 

Hopefully, these steps will resolve the issue but let me know if not.
