Hi @jiaveronicaa. I think that this Square Help Article might have the answers you are looking for. You can have multiple bank accounts linked to your Square account and then choose which one is used for your location(s) during transfers. Look it over and let me know if you have any questions.
One word of warning. If you set up the Square account using your SSN or your company’s EIN, then those transactions will be reported on the annual 1099 to the IRS using that tax id number. So if you don’t want the sales from that auction to be your tax responsibility, you don’t want to do this. It would be much better if the coordinators used their EIN/tax id number, instead.
