We have an issue when using square for restaurants on the square registers. When we click adjust rewards button under the customer lookup the system crashes to black screen and restarts. This is on both of our registers. It does not do it with the Ipad that runs the same restaurants software. Anyone else having this issue?
Hey @wiredbean1- Thanks for reaching out. I confirmed with our Loyalty team that this may be an issue we're experiencing on our side. I'm going to file a ticket with the team and let you know what I find out.
