I issued a refund via Virtual Terminal for an order from October 2019. After issuing the refund, my customer advised that card is no longer active.
Can I cancel the refund? What happens from here?

There is a limited time when a refund can be reversed. The best option now, would be to let the funds bounce back to us. Once that happens, it would be put back into your account.
The downside is this can take 7 business days for that to happen. After it returns, I would recommend providing the refund another way.
