"Rearranging categories failed. Please try again". Why?

This has been going on for days. I would like to resolve this as soon as possible.

A couple questions to help possibly guide some help;

  • Is this for Square for Restaurants, and if so;
    • Is it in the menu setup?
    • Is it in the main category setup?
    • Is the issue for "online" categories?
  • Was it working before, and if so, what was the change that you made when you started having trouble?
