Hey all, I have the oddest thing happening. We are a tattoo shop and some tattoos are charged by the hour. We've had HOUR set as the unit for the items for the last 3 years, and it always printed correctly on the receipt. All of a sudden, it's now adding (Manual Wt) next to the hours. Nothing has changed on our part, and we aren't weighing anything. How do I get this off, because A. it looks sloppy and B. it's confusing to our clients.

I have the same issue, mine is for any custom unit that I have created. For example, we sell soda in a case but also individual units, when we scan the case in the Register, it shows on the receipt as Soda x 1PK (Manual Wt).
To be honest this is confusing not only for the customer but for us too.
