Is there an ability to direct payment notifications to a specific person with in your company?
Example: [email protected] or a specific employee with in the company?
Can you notify multiple people that a payment has been made?

These types of notifications will be sent to the owner of the Square account at the email address you provided at the time you set up the account. They cannot be routed to another user unless you change the email address.

Violet - there are currently multiple people receiving my invoice created and invoice paid emails. Why is this and how do I stop it? It is fine for me as the owner to get them, however, my IT agent and park manager do not need them. Is this a permissions issue?

Hello @JulieP, stepping in here, that is certainly odd behavior. As @_Violet mentioned those emails should only be going to the owner. Can you provide a screenshot of the emails that your agent and manager are also getting? I will keep an eye out for your reply and investigate this further .
this system tells me I do not have permission to upload images. So cannot send you a screen shot. I can however, tell you that the subject line of the email received by these folks, who don't need the emails, is A new invoice was created for....
Let me know if there is a better way to get you a screen shot of the email and I will do it.
