I prepared an invoice for credit card payment (Box checked) but there is no payment link on the invoice
How do I fix this?
@Chemsaf did you send the invoice? This will show up on the customer end, if you share the invoice link manually then it will show up that way. You can always send yourself a sample invoice to see the customer side of the e-mail/transaction.

I looked at the preview. No link. Sent it to the customer and no link. Customer and I talked and I entered the card manually. I ate the higher cost. I am confused about how this works.
The preview will not show the payment link, only the completed invoice once it is sent has the link for payment. Once you send the invoice, if you hit the 3 dots on the right in your dashboard you can see an option to share and you can look at the actual invoice link and it should have the credit card input right up top.
I just did a test to myself and it works... Have no idea why this customer did not see it...
