We're having the payment processing issues that square is currently reporting.
However it is happening on our square terminal - we are not using a phone or ipad linked to it and the announcement square has out out today (3 July) only mentions problems if you are using a phone or ipad.
Also we've reset the square terminal back to factory settings - as recommended - a couple of times now but we are still getting the same problem.
Help!!

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble!
The mobile wallet disruption also impacts the Square Terminal - apologies if that is not clear on our status page.
We should have a fix released within the next couple of days and we will update the status page as soon as we do.
Please continue to check for updates here and a reminder that if you experience a decline via Mastercard using Applepay/Googlepay, we recommend trying a card from a brand other than Mastercard.
