online buy button problem

My online buy button reads Not Available. Is this part of the Square dashboard outage or can I fix it myself?

Thanks for writing in! The disruption we're currently seeing is only affecting new customers signing up, and getting stuck in the identity verification process. Square Online sites, or items, are not impacted. 

Take a look at this troubleshooting guide that lists some common reasons items may come up as Not Available in your online store.
