I just purchased a square register, cash drawer and receipt printer. Got everything working except the receipt printer. Instructions pretty sparse. Help please.
@BAF Make sure you got the printer plugged in and on and the lights are on. You then go into the square point of sale app, go to settings, hardware, printers, and you will then add that printer and mark it for customer receipts and order tickets/stubs if you need to. You should also be able to do a test print there. I would try all of that first.
