As of about 2 weeks ago my dashboard won't load on my mac about 90% of the time which is making it impossible for me to send invoices to clients in a timely fashion which means I am not getting paid in a timely fashion.
I've cleared the cache, my os is up to date, I have tried all the browsers, and informed square support of all this when I couldn't find an answer in the commnuity -
and square support replied that they can't transfer my account, wtf!!!

I know you mentioned contacting our CS Team already, would you be open to contacting them again to file a ticket with our engineers?
You will provide all of the necessary information & engineering can take a deeper look into what's causing this issue.
