How do I make the modifiers as required field. Currently they are optional.

HI, you should have a check box option Make this a required field.  Within your listing, scroll down to your modifier, select Edit (or 3 dots)

I need it required under the "selecting from a list". There is no required field under that.

I have two options that the users need (required to select any or both of the options).

Hello I am happy to help @lkoumis! At the item level, you would have to set the requirements. For example on my demo account, I have an item called "coffee" and a modifier set for the "milk alternative." I have to go to the item "coffee" scroll down to modifiers on the item and then click those three dots and then "Customize."  Then you will see the options below. Is this what you are looking for?
