Apparently one of my sales did not go through ( although it showed it did on my screen). I don't keep any personal information on my customers. Square chat told me to contact my customer through either phone or email as a receipt was sent to him. Is there a way to get that information through Square?
If it's not listed in your transactions I don't believe you'll be able to pull up any information on the square dashboard. Did you ask the customer service rep to walk you thru how to find the information they can see? If they can see that a receipt was emailed then I would image they can see the transaction.
Double check you have the correct day selected, no time restrictions, payment methods is set to all, etc
