jotform

I have had a jotform registration form, with my square acct integrated into it, for a year with no issues, but now the integration is not working and I cannot get any assistance from jotform. 

 

They have been telling me, for 9 days, that the issue has been "escalated". In the meantime I'm losing business and customers.

 

Is there a way to solve this issue through square? Or is there a better form company which also uses square integration for payment?

Hi Tia. We're an official Square Partner company that specializes in creating affordable, fast, custom solutions. Sounds like you're using JotForm for some kind of registration, with a basic payment option at the end? Can you show me where it is?

Hey @SadieQ - sorry to hear your frustrating Customer Support experience with JotForm. 

 

I wish I could take a stab at this for your but I'm afraid I have to refer you back to them. Although we have a partnership with Jotform, all API functions are operated and managed by them directly. 

 

Sorry about that. If they point the finger back at us, call into Support with your JotForm ticket/case number so they can take a deeper look.
