invoice not working on app

When creating the invoice it won't let me put an amount in... I keep pressing it and nothing!! Customer information works fine.

Hmm, have you tried app troubleshooting, like reinstalling the app? When creating an invoice in app, tap Add a line item > Custom Amount. Tap Price and enter an amount.

 

Are you able to pass that step? Does the price revert to 0 after adding an amount? Describe in detail the issue you're running into
