in the Add Editor page I can't find a way to add an editor

When I click the Add Editor the page that opens doesn't seem to respond in the top field. Not certain what I've done wrong. Anyone have an answer. Many thanks

I'm going to outline some troubleshooting steps. If you are still having issues after trying these, please tag me using the "@" and then my username so I will see that you have responded. 

 

Double-check your browser

  • Best browsers for Square: Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
  • Make sure it’s up to date
  • Try incognito/private mode to eliminate browser extensions as a cause

Clear cache and cookies

Even if you've done this once, it's worth trying again:

  • Go to browser settings → clear cached images/files and cookies
  • Restart the browser and try again

Try a different device or browser

  • Use your phone, a different computer, or another browser
  • If it works elsewhere, the issue is likely local to the original device/browser

Disable browser extensions temporarily

  • Extensions like ad blockers, password managers, or privacy blockers can interfere with Square forms

Try accessing this direct link

https://squareup.com/dashboard/team/members

Click “Add Team Member” from there and see if the name/email fields work now.
