how to ru report of when a item was added and monthly or on-demand inventory on hand reports,

Can anyone direct me s to how to run inventory reports and reports on when items were created?

At this time, our reporting tool is constant, and it can display information on a specific day or time range.  That being said, at this time, we do not have a way to generate a report from when items were added to the inventory.
