how to change 'store name' in invoice??

I had my friend do a test purchase on my website today and the name on the email invoice is coming up wrong. Id already changed the business name so im not sure where that name is coming from. 

 

I've looked in Account,  Receipt and the name is correct in there but when i check in Online, Settings, Shipping the 'Shipping From' section has the wrong name, which i click edit it will let me change the address but not the Name, the 'Store Name' section is greyed out.

 

Please help, i've been searching up about this for ages!! hah

If you want to change your customer facing business name can you do so via Location settings of your Square dashboard. 

 

Hope this helps! If you're still having the issue I'd recommend getting in touch with support - they will be able to take a further look into how your account has been set up and check out exactly what the issue may be, if changing the business name via 'Locations" isn't the answer.
