how to change bank account

I'm trying to change my bank account. The support info says go to Dashboard > Accounts> Add bank account. But, I have no such option from my Dashboard. I see "38% setup". From there I get Account

 It asks "Activate your Account" or "link your bank account". The latter option shows the accounts and the current bank. Clicking on this "link" option asks for a password, but comes back as invalid password. I'm stuck! Where do I go from here?

From your Dashboard select Accounts and Settings , Then Bank Accounts, Select your currently linked Bank account , Then Add external Bank Account.

 

This is as close as I can get you : https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/balances/bank-accounts 

Which is where you should be able to click your Linked Bank account to add a New Exteral account.

That's strange. 

Let's make sure we're on the same page. Here's a direct link to the Bank Accounts screen. To access this screen, from your Dashboard you'll want to go to Settings > Account & Settings > Banking > Bank accounts. 

As @Candlestore mentioned, you'll see the currently linked bank account for each location (if you have more than one), but once you click on it, you'll the option to link a new one. 

 

The progress bar for setting up your account might be stuck at 38% because you are not using some of our tools and they haven't been set up. This shouldn't affect how you manage linked bank accounts.

Hi Frances a question for you from the above answers which i can follow. When i add a new linked external bank account does that new linked account become the primary account where all the sales funds will be transferred into. if that's so all good and well then what happens to the funds when i close the original account.

CANDLESTORE's comment "Select your currently linked Bank account ..." was the key. It wasn't really intuitive that I had to select and existing (expired) bank account to add a new bank account. Perhaps a note on the Banking > Bank Accounts page to that effect would be helpful. Or, an option to "Add external Bank Account" on that page would be more intuitive rather than having to first click on a bank account I don't want to use.
