As I see this is your first post welcome to the Sellers community.
At the end of taking a Payment you should see on your screen options for a Receipt to be either Emailed, Texted or Printed for your customer, as long as you have a Receipt printer connected to your Point of sale. Since you did not state which Point of sale device your are using No one here can really give a straight answer on your situation. You could call support at the number in my signature line below but I think they are only avaliable Mon - Fri. With more details maybe someone can assist you here.
