forced item file update

Is there a way to force an update to the Square for restaurants on the square register?  My item file for side dishes has been updated from required to not required.  At the POS the side dish is still required.  On the computer/backend, the side dish selection is not required.  We need an option to force a database comparison to the backend.  

 

At this point the only option I see is to manually force a selection then save the item.  Wait.  Then deselect the minimum quantity and save, hoping the system will actually update.

In this case, the expected behavior is that whenever you update something on your Square Dashboard it will take a minute or two to get updated to your Square Register. If that isn't the case then I would recommend making sure that the internet connection is stable and that you're Register is up-to-date with the latest firmware. If all is good there then you'll wanna reach out.
