error message

I am a barber and am trying to connect my Instagram on my square website and I keep getting this message...

{"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Your account is connected to Facebook account, and your Facebook account's future off-Facebook activity is currently turned off."}

I have no idea what this means, and I am wondering if anyone else has gotten this, and what can I do about it. I do have a business Instagram and Facebook currently active. help, please!

HI, do you have one instagram ID or a few within the same login?  Have you checked your Facebook settings?  Do you have one Facebook or one business and one personal Facebook?  Have you reviewed your settings within Instagram on a desktop or laptop (there are additional settings shown on a desktop or laptop)?
