Under Manage Communications, the text I enter for the automated faxed customer reminder (and it is saved) is not what the reminder received by customers looks like.
It is Square's text saying to "confirm below" but only has a link to
Reschedule or Cancel ▸
and the formatting of the email is a mess: missing logo, showing formatting.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Are you sending yourself an email confirmation, text confirmation, or both?
If you're checking your email, I'd suggest using a Chrome browser if you aren't already. But if that's the browser you're already using, you may want to reach out to our Appointments team so that they can take a look at this with you.
